Welcome to my exclusive yin yoga experience, which is offered every Friday night at Mudgeeraba Foundation Centre.

Join me for 90 minutes of slow, deep stretching, psychosomatic meditation, and pranayama (breathwork). These sessions are designed to neutralize stress, melt tension, and build inner resilience and connection.

Join me for a therapeutic experience as we dive deep into the unseen world of your psychosomatic state. This powerful practice aims to cultivate authenticity and humble self-honesty. You will practice clarity and curiosity, learning to navigate the landscape of your thoughts and feelings. You will build patience, stability, and emotional regulation, learning how to understand your emotions and stress. This yoga practice teaches stillness, sensation, breath and awareness and generates deeper opportunities for growth and change. Together, we will nurture your physical tension while training your body to relax and we will dissolve psychological stress by soothing and stabilising your nervous system.

This spiritual practice has become a sincere passion for me and has expanded over years of personal practice and experience. I love to incorporate various modalities and welcome ancient wisdom into my classes. Some of the lineages I work closely with include:

Together, we can slowly heal the pandemic of disconnection that rampages our modern lives. This yoga practice offers a grounded sense of meaning and invites you to explore life in a different way. In time, you will develop a more sincere relationship with yourself and a bond based on respect and admiration.

Each class is tailored to specific desires and needs, and I can only facilitate 12 students per class.
